Music, and especially piano has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started as a young piano player in Hong Kong at the age of 4 and have never stopped playing. Having the ability to pick up any piece of music I want and sit down to play is an amazing feeling, and that's where I would like to get all my students to. I want each and every one of my students to be able to find music that they love and then be able to play that music and make it their own. I try to start this at any level for my students, and if I can't find existing sheet music with songs my student loves, then I will transcribe it myself. Music is such a great form of expression and an amazing outlet. I hope I will be able to convey my love for the piano and music to your child and inspire them to continue their musical pursuits.
